AMILLA MALDIVES WELCOMES TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH FACILITATOR, YOGA INSTRUCTOR, AND ENERGY HEALER THIS FEBRUARY

Updated: Jun 17

Month-long residency by Dr Fabio Massimo Paciucci supports guests’ relaxation, restoration and balance with transformational workshops and treatments

This February, Amilla Maldives is set to welcome holistic wellness practitioner Dr Fabio Massimo Paciucci for a one-month restorative wellness residency at its tranquil Javvu Spa, a serene jungle-clad sanctuary just steps away from the crystal clear waters and white sandy shores of the natural island resort.

Perfectly aligning with Amilla Maldives’ holistic philosophy that invites guests to embrace restoration, enhanced mindfulness and amplified stillness, Dr Fabio’s residency focuses on healing and rejuvenation, helping guests to find peace and balance.

A certified Transformational Breath Facilitator and Hatha Yoga instructor, Dr Fabio incorporates a wide range of holistic wellness practices, including shiatsu and chakra activation, into restorative treatments that support optimal wellness and emotional balance.

Integrating Master level Reiki and ancient Russian shamanic practices, Dr Fabio helps guests address energetic blockages that may be affecting wellbeing of the mind and body, whilst his use of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Energy Medicine principles in his approach to Chinese classical medicine empowers clients in restoring and sustaining a state of peak wellbeing.

With a dedicated healing treatment menu on offer during his residency, guests can choose to focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), healing or regenerative treatments, or a combination of all three to truly soothe and restore mind, body and soul.

Those unsure of which wellbeing route to take can book a comprehensive initial consultation and treatment with Dr Fabio. Following a discussion on heath history, lifestyle and current symptomatology, Dr Fabio crafts a tailored treatment plan for the individual formulated to take a holistic approach to health.

Guests seeking to explore the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine can choose to book a 60-minute acupuncture treatment or 30-minute auricular acupuncture session, which focuses on pressure points in the ear and utilises the application of needles, magnets, crystals and ear seeds to support stress management, post-traumatic stress recovery, pain management, internal organ balance and mental and well as emotional balance.

Healing treatments incorporate a wide range of approaches and methods, from gua sha, which uses a smooth-edged tool to promote the flow of energy around the body, and Reiki; to cupping, which improves blood flow to promote healing within the body, and transformational breath sessions.

For those seeking to alleviate symptoms of pain, anxiety and/or emotional distress, Dr Fabio offers EFT, an emotional form of needleless acupuncture that uses a simple method of tapping various points on the body that allows limiting beliefs to exit the body and positive beliefs to enter.

Guests can also indulge themselves in uplifting facial therapies such as Facial Rejuvenation with Acupuncture, to visibly enhance muscle tone and elasticity; Facial Acu-points Stimulation Massage to lift and tone; and Micro-needling with Hyaluronic Acid, to boost collagen production and smooth fine wrinkles.
